Avalant designed Centralis Group’s new office in Sofia, blending contemporary style with natural elements, functional layouts, and brand colors for a modern, vibrant workspace in the city center.
Avalant proudly designed the new office for Centralis Group, a global partner offering comprehensive services that empower businesses to thrive in key markets worldwide. Located in the heart of the city within the striking MIR Building, this contemporary concrete structure stands harmoniously amidst vernacular architecture, creating a unique and inspiring setting.
Spanning 530m², the office adopts a versatile open-plan layout complemented by enclosed spaces dedicated to meetings, collaboration, recreation, and a fully equipped kitchen. Functional space distribution maximizes natural daylight, enhancing both productivity and well-being. The inviting terrace offers a seamless transition to the outdoors, becoming a favorite spot during the warmer months.
Natural materials such as wooden finishes and abundant greenery reinforce the biophilic design, fostering a strong connection between the interior and exterior environment. Visible concrete columns and ceilings echo the building’s architecture, while the monochromatic flooring brings visual cohesion throughout the space.
Acoustic solutions ensure privacy where needed, enhancing both comfort and the aesthetic appeal of the office. Thoughtfully selected colors reflect Centralis’ brand identity, creating a recognizable and cohesive atmosphere throughout the entire office.
The project, slated for completion in just two months, required meticulous technical development and on-site coordination. Avalant’s design team managed every aspect, from concept interior design to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specifications, ensuring a seamless and dynamic transformation of the space.
Centralis’ new office stands as a modern, functional, and vibrant hub that perfectly embodies its innovative and forward-thinking ethos.
