Channel Capital Offices – Sydney
PMG Group designed and built a prestigious 705 square-meter Sydney office space for Channel Capital in Aurora Place, focusing on reflecting the company’s financial status with premium finishes and versatile design elements.
PMG was engaged by Channel Capital to design and build a new 705sqm Sydney office space in the iconic Aurora Place. The project was conceived as a transformation that would not only echo the established design language of the Brisbane office but also reinforce the company’s prestigious image within the financial sector.
Channel Capital’s brief was clear. The workspace needed to align with an established brand identity and deliver a prestigious presentation. The design was developed to reflect the company’s status in the financial industry through the use of premium finishes and refined design elements. At the same time, the space was planned to be versatile, able to accommodate a variety of events and functions that promote collaboration and engagement. The inclusion of smaller offices was also a considered response to future needs, offering flexibility for sub-letting opportunities and creating potential revenue streams.
The design process focused on a thoughtful evolution of the space. A carefully curated colour palette and the application of selected materials ensured that the aesthetic was harmonious and aligned with Channel Capital’s corporate values. Large windows were strategically positioned to capture the natural light and frame the stunning views of Sydney Harbour, creating an environment that is both uplifting and conducive to creativity. The entrance was reimagined as a flexible event area, seamlessly transitioning from a welcoming reception to a venue for high-calibre gatherings.
Through a measured approach that balanced design intent with functionality, the project transformed a conventional workspace into a dynamic Sydney office space. The outcome is a refined environment where spatial relationships and subtle transitions speak to the quality of design, meeting the evolving demands of a modern, urban professional setting.
