Tripadvisor Offices – Lisbon
Tripadvisor’s Lisbon office design by Unispace combines global identity with local culture, offering a vibrant, functional space with Portuguese, African, and Arabian influences, promoting creativity and collaboration.
Tripadvisor’s Lisbon office has been designed to reflect both the company’s global identity and the vibrant local culture of its surroundings. Drawing inspiration from the essence of travel, the space offers an immersive and dynamic experience, blending Portuguese, African and Arabian influences to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The design prioritises both functionality and aesthetics, with a carefully curated palette of rich textures, neutral tones and bespoke details. Decorative tiles, natural wood and gold accents infuse the space with a hospitality-inspired elegance, while black-framed windows and exposed ceilings add a contemporary edge. Acoustic panels and soft furnishings enhance comfort, ensuring a balanced environment that supports both collaboration and focused work.
The office layout is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a mix of open-plan workspaces, quiet focus areas and meeting rooms. Employee workstations feature height-adjustable desks and varied seating options to support different working styles. Whisper rooms and acoustically treated meeting rooms provide privacy when needed, while strategically placed storage solutions and lockers help maintain a clutter-free environment.
At the heart of the office is the social and collaboration hub, where a stylish café-style space, bespoke seating and shelving create a relaxed yet professional setting for informal meetings and team interactions. This area extends onto a Mediterranean-inspired terrace, featuring comfortable seating, lush greenery and a calming, natural aesthetic, providing employees with a tranquil outdoor retreat to unwind and connect.
By seamlessly merging cultural authenticity, modern workplace design and functional flexibility, Tripadvisor’s Lisbon office delivers a thoughtfully designed environment that enhances creativity, wellbeing and collaboration for its global team.
