Graphwise’s New Office in Sofia: A Dynamic and Vibrant Workspace
Graphwise’s new office, designed by Avalant, showcases the brand’s identity through the use of vibrant colors and dynamic shapes, creating an engaging and energizing environment for its employees.Located on the 12th floor of Sofia’s Tech Park, the office spans approximately 1200 sq.m. and is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and productivity. The space is carefully organized to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, offering a perfect balance between openness and privacy.
Open Space Design
The 73 workstations are positioned along the facade, allowing employees to enjoy abundant natural light and breathtaking views of both the city and the mountains. To ensure a dynamic and flexible work environment, the open space is divided into subareas using modular furniture pieces, which function as lockers, shelving units, and greenery stands. Writing and magnetic walls are strategically placed to encourage team collaboration and creativity. Conveniently located water/coffee stations and print points add to the functionality of the open layout.Private Booths & Meeting Rooms
Small, private 1:1 booths are located along the main corridor, providing quiet areas for focused work while also acting as a buffer between the open space and the circulation path. These booths offer the perfect setting for confidential discussions or individual tasks.A variety of meeting rooms, equipped with multimedia, are spread throughout the office, ensuring easy accessibility and convenience for teams needing dedicated spaces for discussions and presentations.
Private Offices & Social Zones
Private enclosed offices are strategically placed in a dedicated corner of the office, offering managers and their teams a more concentrated and focused environment away from the open areas.On both sides of the office, expansive kitchen and recreational areas provide employees with comfortable spaces to relax, grab a snack, or socialize. These zones are designed with flexibility in mind and can also serve as presentation or training areas when necessary. The seating arrangements in these social spaces are flexible and modular, allowing for easy reconfiguration to suit various needs.
Design Features & Materials
Natural veneer claddings bring warmth and coziness to the office, while acoustical panels in different shapes and vibrant colors enhance the dynamic and energetic atmosphere. This design language is continued on the floors, creating a cohesive accent throughout the space. Vibrant colors reflect the fresh, lively community of Graphwise, while the greenery integrated into the design strengthens the sense of biophilia and connection with nature.Project Execution
The successful completion of the project was achieved through strong coordination and dynamic communication between all teams involved, ensuring that the tight execution deadlines were met without compromising on the quality of the approved interior design.
