ADT Workplace designed and delivered an inspiring fit-out for Womble Bond Dickinson’s London office, promoting collaboration and client engagement through agile workspaces and a sophisticated environment within 22 weeks.
The project involved relocating Womble Bond Dickinson’s team from the 4th to the 3rd floor, covering 14,325 sq ft. ADT Workplace delivered the London fit-out within a 22-week programme, creating an inspirational space that balances functionality, aesthetics, and a premium client experience.
As a repeat client for ADT Workplace, Womble Bond Dickinson had a clear vision: to create a workplace that encourages collaboration, flexibility, and client engagement. The fit-out, managed as a design & build project, was carefully tailored to align with the firm’s needs.
The office accommodates over 120 staff and visitors daily, integrating a variety of agile workspaces.
Beyond workspace functionality, the new office provides a sophisticated and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. A dedicated lounge and entertainment space acts as a multi-functional hub, allowing WBD to host:

• Social gatheringsA full-service bar and catering facility enhances the hospitality experience, reinforcing an upscale, boutique feel. The interior design reflects WBD’s brand, incorporating rich colours, textures, and bespoke local artwork to create a strong visual identity.
