Studio 13 Architects designed a cutting-edge office space for Finagotech in Istanbul, blending innovation with flexible, collaborative zones and themed design elements reflecting digital ecosystems.
The New Work Code
The concept we crafted for Finagotech is more than just an office—it’s a pulse point for next-gen innovation, shaped by the vibrant energy of its surroundings at Marmara University Technopark. Inspired by the rhythm of campus life, we imagined a space where boundaries blur between learning and working, between students and professionals, between now and the future.Spread across 1,250 square meters, this “base camp” isn’t just a headquarters—it’s a living eco-system. Designed to serve both Finagotech’s team and the university’s curious, driven minds, the space invites Gen Z to plug in, ideate, collaborate, and create side by side with industry professionals. It’s a shared habitat for bright talents.
At the heart of the design lies Finagotech’s core DNA—banking software, blockchain, and emerging digital ecosystems. These themes are brought to life through immersive digital art, NFT-inspired installations, and playful nods to cryptocurrency culture. We didn’t just decorate the space—we told a story through symbols and layers of meaning.
Responding to the evolving nature of work, the layout embraces flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration. Agile zones allow teams to move seamlessly between individual focus and collective brainstorming.
Dedicated co-creation corners, open lounges, and writable surfaces encourage spontaneous idea exchanges and brainstorming between disciplines. Whether you’re coding solo or mapping out the next big thing with your squad, there’s a space that fits the moment.
We’ve also created zones designed around wellbeing, recognizing that creativity thrives in comfort. From acoustic performance to natural light and fluid movement between work modes, every element has been curated to enhance the experience of being there—fully present, inspired, and connected.
In this living, breathing workspace, work and play, thought and action, tech and art co-exist. It’s a magnetic hub designed to attract, energize, and evolve with the talents inside it—a space that doesn’t just keep up with the future, but helps define it.
