  • Under the direction of architects Luciana Araújo and Natália Otoni, the Óbvio Arquitetura firm delivers a project designed for Hy Brazil and Fit Energy, located in their new headquarters at Concórdia Corporate—a commercial building situated in the Vila da Serra neighborhood, in Nova Lima, a city in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte.

The redesign of the corporate space opened doors not only for clients but also for employees. In addition to focusing on the external public, the company invested in the satisfaction of its employees, evidenced in the carefully designed decompression area with an exposed slab to create the perfect atmosphere for a more relaxed and informal environment.

The style applied values a more neutral palette with color accents highlighted in the furniture and space details, as well as the coziness enhanced throughout the perimeter, due to the wood-like acoustic material that became a project differential. The result is an interior narrative that values the well-being of users, in addition to dialoguing with the different types of office usability, whether for the execution of more demanding tasks or for moments of decompression.

Upon entering, we invite immersion into the company’s identity and values. It’s the starting point for a meticulously planned journey, where every detail was designed to convey a message of modernity and trust.

A new integrated layout was adopted, promoting collaboration and interaction among everyone. This approach also included breathing spaces and informal meeting areas, offering a more dynamic and less restrictive environment.

Private rooms and workstations were strategically positioned to provide the best view, while curved elements and visual identity colors reinforce the overall fluidity.

The client’s journey through the company is strategically designed to convey how the management of hydroelectric plants and power plants is carried out, demonstrating credibility, modernity, and innovation in an environment with little hierarchy and bureaucracy.
