  • Metso, a pioneer in sustainable technology, stands out for its strong presence in the mining sector.

The main objective of this project is to reflect the company’s boldness, contemporaneity, and timelessness. A striking characteristic is its technological nature, evidenced by the offer of a digital journey to the client, a direct reflection of the organization’s innovative DNA.

Following a very well-defined brand manual, the space was structured around the company’s primary colors, such as black and white, occasionally punctuated by terracotta to emphasize key elements.

In the new headquarters, privacy is achieved subtly, maintaining openness and fluidity in the environment.

The final project is a tangible representation of the company’s desire to position itself as a market leader, incorporating its identity, technology, and commitment to excellence in a space that reflects its contemporary vision.

The structure is notably non-hierarchical, reflecting a corporate culture that does not rely on executive offices or differentiation of work spaces.

At Metso, we foster a dynamic of organic collaboration through an open office style, taking advantage of the space configuration to reinforce a culture of cooperation and high synergy among employees.

The work area was planned to stimulate this interaction, prioritizing an open layout and including spaces for informal meetings, integrated into the circulation path, as well as call booths.

The issue of acoustics received special attention, where we implemented drywalls and specific treatments to ensure sound quality in closed and open environments.
