Globo Marketing Offices – Santiago
Fibra Design Studio transformed a 1956 house in Santiago into Globo Marketing’s vibrant offices, seamlessly blending functionality with design to showcase the company’s unique corporate gifts.
Fibra Design Studio led the transformation of the new offices for Globo Marketing, a company specializing in the design and production of corporate gifts for both small and large businesses, located in the classic Ñuñoa neighborhood of Santiago, Chile.
The project involved converting a 1956 residential house into a functional, bright, and brand-forward corporate space. The primary design goal was to create an environment that not only supported the team’s daily operations but also showcased the company’s products and creations, giving them visual prominence throughout the space. To achieve this, a series of custom-made furniture pieces were developed, unique and exclusive to Globo Marketing.
The architectural intervention included reconfiguring the interior layout to optimize workflow, designing collaborative spaces and private areas according to the client’s needs, and incorporating visual and material elements that reflect the essence of the Globo Marketing brand.
Beyond spatial design, the project also addressed key structural and technical improvements: the thermal envelope was upgraded, all building systems were renewed, and common issues associated with older structures were resolved.
