Even before we began the design and planning process, during our initial visit to the company’s offices, it was clear that the space was very colorful and quite difficult to navigate. Since the office spans 3,800 square meters on a single floor, there was a need for very accessible planning and design.

When we approached the planning and design phase, our first and foremost goal was to clarify and unify the existing color scheme, to create a pleasant, soft working atmosphere that conveys calm and, of course, makes it easier to navigate the office space.

We chose to use a light color palette, combined with subtle material variations, to create an open, bright, and respectful feeling.

The reception and lounge area is defined through distinct flooring and a lowered ceiling, creating a sense of separation between the informal “pitriya” zone, the reception, booths, and the wide lounge area — aiming to bring structure and definition.

Delicate lighting elements, integrated into the carpentry details and the separations between walls and ceilings, add another material layer that becomes an inseparable part of the space, tying all the elements together.
