The project occupies three semicircular floors totaling 2,800 m², organized around a central circulation axis. Inspired by the concept of a stem and its leaves, the design promotes fluidity, natural light, and spatial flexibility. Fixed uses are placed at the ends, while the center becomes a dynamic, representative core. Crafted with a strong focus on sustainability and artisanal detailing, the project reflects the company’s innovative spirit and commitment to human-centered, energy-conscious workspaces.
