AIS designed the Pax8 offices in Farnborough as an innovative, sustainable workspace that adapts to diverse work styles while fostering collaboration, wellness, and creative inspiration.
This workspace is more than an office; it’s a revolution in workplace design. A masterclass in sustainability, innovation, and human-centred functionality, it seamlessly adapts to the needs of employees, partners, and visitors.
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought; it’s embedded in every detail. The space is fully electric, repurposes existing materials, and features over 100 plant specimens for air quality and well-being. Smart automation optimises energy use, while flexible design eliminates wasteful excess.
Innovation takes flight, literally. A suspended installation of 500 paper planes and runway-inspired design pay homage to the birthplace of aviation. Spaces aren’t assigned by department but by work style, guiding individuals to their ideal environment. Shuffleboard and swing-seat meetings foster levelled, non-confrontational collaboration.
With a cutting-edge production studio, 30+ speaker soundscapes, and modular event spaces, this is a workspace that flexes, evolves, and inspires. It’s not just a place to work, it’s a place to thrive.
