  • This workspace is more than an office; it’s a revolution in workplace design. A masterclass in sustainability, innovation, and human-centred functionality, it seamlessly adapts to the needs of employees, partners, and visitors.

Sustainability isn’t an afterthought; it’s embedded in every detail. The space is fully electric, repurposes existing materials, and features over 100 plant specimens for air quality and well-being. Smart automation optimises energy use, while flexible design eliminates wasteful excess.

Innovation takes flight, literally. A suspended installation of 500 paper planes and runway-inspired design pay homage to the birthplace of aviation. Spaces aren’t assigned by department but by work style, guiding individuals to their ideal environment. Shuffleboard and swing-seat meetings foster levelled, non-confrontational collaboration.

With a cutting-edge production studio, 30+ speaker soundscapes, and modular event spaces, this is a workspace that flexes, evolves, and inspires. It’s not just a place to work, it’s a place to thrive.
