New Office Building in Hasselt
The family business Vansichen moved to a new office building in Hasselt. The site where a waffle factory once stood has been replaced by a modern office building with adjoining warehouses.
Innovative design and advanced techniques
The request was to create an office where staff and visitors could enjoy spending time. Additionally, the latest technologies were provided. The office is equipped with a geothermal heat pump, which controls the climate ceiling in the office areas and the floor heating in the circulation areas. The lighting is DALI-controlled throughout.
High-quality Finishing and Warm Atmosphere
In terms of materials, high-quality finishes such as walnut, fingerprint-resistant laminate, and ceramic countertops were chosen. All the custom work was detailed together with the contractor to achieve the cleanest possible design. No additional color accents were added, except in the loose furniture, where we provided green and beige accents.
The interior perfectly reflects the warm atmosphere in the company where everyone immediately feels welcome.
