Clements Interiors designed the Oliver Wyman offices in Doha to blend New York loft-inspired aesthetics with functionality, fostering a collaborative and flexible workspace that prioritizes employee wellbeing and innovation.
This turnkey office project takes inspiration from the urban charm and industrial edge of a New York loft, blending raw textures with sleek modernity to create a dynamic and engaging workspace. The design is rooted in the principle of enhancing employee wellbeing while supporting flexibility, collaboration, and productivity.
Central to the concept is a hot-desking area that promotes agility and choice in how employees work. It’s complemented by technology-enhanced collaborative spaces designed to support both in-person and hybrid working styles. These zones are equipped with digital tools that encourage seamless communication and creative teamwork, no matter where participants are located.
A standout feature is the flexible space that transforms from a training room to a client conference area. This multifunctional approach supports the evolving operational needs of the organization while maintaining a polished and professional setting for external meetings and internal development sessions.
The back-of-house area has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort and wellbeing. A fully fitted kitchen and a relaxed breakout zone encourage social interaction and provide a space to recharge during the workday. Adjacent to this is a dedicated wellness and maternity room, offering a private, quiet space for rest and care , reflecting the company’s commitment to inclusivity and employee health.
