het Kantoor van Morgen designed the Besox Social Secretariat Offices in Ghent to create a vibrant, flexible workspace, featuring an inviting central hub with stunning views and a contemporary, warm aesthetic.
Social Secretariat in Ghent
After previous successful collaborations, our team was again engaged by Besox. This time for the furnishing of their new office in Ghent. The branch is located on the top floor of ‘The Office’ in the Moutstraat, a prime location with a beautiful view of the Saint Peter’s Abbey and the iconic Ghent towers on the north side. On the south side, you overlook the training fields of the youth teams of KAA Gent and the Planet Group Arena.
Meeting and Collaborating
Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed into the social heart of the office: an open, bright space with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bar with green plant wall immediately catches the eye and forms the central meeting point. This place is ideal for informal meetings, relaxed coffee breaks, or a cozy lunch. Thanks to the tribune, the space is also perfect for presentations, training sessions, and lectures.
The office offers a thoughtful mix of workstations, meeting areas, and coworking possibilities, all tailored to the diverse needs of the employees. Flexibility and comfort are central.
Colors and Materials
For the interior, we once again chose recognizable Besox colors such as orange, light and dark blue, complemented with warm wooden accents. This familiar corporate identity received a fresh update here and there, creating a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere throughout the office.
