Symmetry 8 Studio’s design for their own offices in Irvine harmoniously blends wellness, altruism, and environmental consciousness, reflecting the firm’s culture while providing a high-performance workspace tailored to employee needs.
The Sym8 staff has 60+ years of combined experience creating high-performance workplaces for some of Southern California’s most-recognized brands, so designing our own space was fun. We incorporated the company pillars of Wellness, Altruism, and Environment into our WELL Health-Safety rated space and maximized performance while integrating Sym8’s unique culture embracing altruism, personal improvement, and psychological safety, where every opinion matters. To meet all staff needs, the office includes an expansive library, a casual “creative suite,” and a traditional conference room. A creative macramé display features beads employees earn for individual accomplishments, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, volunteering, and helping the community. It continues to grow.
