  • Corgan’s London office, situated in the historic South Bank — a center of design excellence — establishes the firm’s global presence and reflects its continued expansion to better serve international clients including those in the UK and EMEA.

Bespoke elements connect to place and tell the story of the firm’s deep architectural roots in aviation, technology, and interior design. The main reception desk is inspired by aircraft design and serves as a multi-functional gathering space. Throughout the office, timeline graphics mark the firm’s history and milestones while large-scale sketch plans articulate the creative design process, creating an immersive experience expressing the company culture. Abundant natural light spills into the airy space through large windows overlooking the pedestrian neighborhood – establishing a sense of connection to the vibrant cultural arts district.

The office is a recognizable Corgan branded space but brings in the local vernacular by drawing inspiration from the architecture of London. With subtle nods to red phone boxes and buses with the large ceiling feature in reception, to British racing green bookshelves that provide moments of curiosity and surprise much like the intricate streets of the city of London.

Behind reception sits a large multi-purpose studio and boardroom where the local team can host clients and pin up large project materials. The open workspace zones throughout the office inspire creativity and technical design work with clean lines and coordinated exposed ceiling elements, sit-to-stand workstations and privacy pods.

The space transitions to more intimate areas in jewel tones, warm woods, and leather, displaying books and framed art as accents. A library provides a worktable and storage for small group projects while glass-fronted conference and meeting rooms support client meetings and collaborative work. A hospitality work café and bar links the spaces and encourages connection throughout the day and social gatherings after hours.

The space bridges diverse cultures through a shared passion for thoughtful architecture and design—honoring the past and powering the future of design.
