  • Lemay’s design for Plusgrade’s Montreal head office transforms the workspace into a series of distinctive destinations, incorporating origami-inspired elements and interactive signage that echo the company’s role in the travel industry.

The project integrates interior design with custom signage to create an environment where every space reflects the travel experiences Plusgrade facilitates for its global partners. Drawing from the company’s geometric logo and the art of origami, folded aesthetics shape both spatial features and wayfinding systems.

The workspace supports diverse work styles through clearly defined zones. Open collaboration areas offer comfortable seating for informal meetings, while enclosed meeting rooms provide focused settings for client presentations. A hybrid reception and bistro area serves dual functions: welcoming visitors and offering team members a social gathering space that fosters collaboration.

Plusgrade’s signature blue and orange appear throughout the office, applied to furniture and architectural details to establish a cohesive identity. Interactive features include a world map installation of colorful dots celebrating the company’s global reach, and a wall display reminiscent of traditional airport departure boards.

The result is a headquarters that acts as a branded destination, reflecting Plusgrade’s commitment to innovation while offering employees an inspiring place to work.
