  • The design for Wind Tre’s HQ was born from the idea of creating a space that interacts with light, greenery, and people. Monterosa91 is not just a building, but an ecosystem conceived to foster transparency, a connection with nature, and conviviality.

Clean lines, essential materials, and understated finishes frame a design that places greenery at its core, turning it into the silent protagonist of everyday experience.

Throughout the space, lounge areas are naturally distributed, inviting moments of pause, meeting, and informal conversation. These fluid, welcoming environments generate a hybrid setting, able to adapt to the needs of its users, encouraging spontaneous relationships and shared experiences.

At the heart of the project lie two main hubs: the Aquarium and the Piazza. Though different in nature, both embody the ideas of community and openness, offering complementary experiences.

The Aquarium, located in the small courtyard on the second floor, was conceived as a quiet retreat — a place to recharge or hold informal meetings in a cozy atmosphere. Greenery, focused lighting, and comfortable seating contribute to shaping a small “Park of Light” within, intimate and relaxing.

The Piazza, on the third floor, instead represents the project’s most dynamic and creative side. A vibrant space, open to the flow of ideas and social interaction, where the coworking area faces the break area, encouraging fluid and versatile use. Mobile furnishings and warm colors, aligned with the brand’s identity, make this place lively and in constant transformation.

Monterosa91 is more than a building: it is the manifesto of a corporate culture that we have transformed into design.
