Avid Bioservices Offices – Tustin
Symmetry 8 Studio designed the Avid Bioservices offices in Tustin, optimizing space across two buildings to accommodate growth while emphasizing functional adaptability and future scalability for evolving business needs.
After expanding its business model, Avid Bioservices needed additional space. The company leased three buildings at their current location and sought help from Sym8 to determine how to utilize the space effectively. Sym8 conducted programming interviews, gathered pertinent data, established square footage requirements, projected 5-year growth, and set renovation budgets. Stacking and blocking plans confirmed that all operations would fit into three buildings; however, Avid authorized construction plans conservatively on two buildings. Faster-than-anticipated growth now requires a fourth building for which brokers are currently searching.
