Utrom Floral Studio Office – Perm
SUSHKOVA DESIGN’s Utrom Floral Studio Office in Perm, elegantly preserves the historical essence of an old brick building while enhancing it with light, flexibility, and modern functionality.
The space is located in an old brick building, where daylight penetrates every corner thanks to numerous windows. The main value was to preserve the authenticity of the space while filling it with air and lightness, carefully respecting the architectural features.
The ceiling was painted a deep, rich blue shade that harmonizes with the soft cream color of the walls. The interior features elegant moldings, an impressive chandelier, and mirrored surfaces, which add charm and depth to the space, highlighting its historical character. A modern stainless steel island serves as a technological accent, beautifully balancing classic decorative elements.
Together with the client, we thoughtfully designed the layout to adapt to the rhythm of the floral studio’s work, carefully selecting colors, textures, and objects. Another unique feature is the flexibility of the interior: all furniture is mobile, and stationary speakers are seamlessly integrated into the ceiling, allowing the space to transform into a venue for event activities.
