Wheels Offices – Schaumburg
Wheels merged three companies, uniting them in a new headquarters designed by Whitney Architects to reflect “The Road Ahead,” emphasizing a cohesive brand identity, efficient workflow, and company culture.
Following a major merger, Wheels sought to bring three companies together into a single headquarters, creating a unified identity while consolidating multiple legacy locations. The new workspace reflects their vision for “The Road Ahead,” reinforcing their brand’s future and shared purpose.
Maximizing the reuse of existing conditions, we strategically incorporated specialty spaces to enhance workflow efficiency. A new reception and gathering area, along with client-facing spaces and an executive suite, now provides a centralized hub for leadership—allowing them to sit together for the first time.
Environmental branding played a critical role in defining the standardized work areas, incorporating subtle finish upgrades to create a cohesive aesthetic. The result is a forward-looking headquarters that not only streamlines operations but also fosters a stronger, more unified company culture.
