  • At the heart of the “Acro Business Campus,” a large-scale office and business complex located at the Savion Junction in the Greater Tel Aviv area, lies THE LEDGER – a meticulously designed and luxurious office space for an accounting and financial consulting firm. This impressive complex, consisting of three office towers, each 14 stories high, along with a commercial floor, was entirely designed by KOT ARCHITECTS & YOOLOOP. who were responsible for planning the public areas, lobbies, commercial spaces, tenant clubs, fitness facilities, and office floors. Within this grand development, the 12th floor was conceived as a complete, refined, and distinguished workspace – THE LEDGER.

The office was designed with inspiration drawn from European classical banking institutions and boutique hotels, incorporating natural materials, precise geometry, and modern functionality. Upon entering the lobby, visitors are greeted by exquisite stonework and dark wood veneer carpentry details, which together create an ambiance of sophistication and luxury. The carefully selected furniture includes pieces from the Italian brand Ditre Italia and the French brand Roche-Bobois, enhancing the refined atmosphere.

The office design emphasizes the creation of diverse spaces tailored to a range of business activities. In addition to executive, managerial, and employee offices, the space features elegant business lounges reminiscent of private hotel salons, as well as high-end conference rooms equipped with transparent acoustic partitions. These partitions provide privacy while allowing natural light to flow freely, maintaining a sense of openness. The materials used throughout the office include solid wood parquet flooring in private offices, stone flooring in public areas, wall cladding in sophisticated green and beige tones, and floor-to-ceiling glass partitions that reinforce an airy and expansive ambiance.

One of the most striking and unique elements of this project is the sculptural spiral staircase positioned at the heart of the space, leading up to a spacious rooftop terrace. This outdoor area serves as an extension of the office, providing a setting for meetings, open-air work sessions, and business hospitality. Additionally, lighting design plays a crucial role in the overall aesthetic, incorporating a combination of precise architectural lighting and decorative fixtures that create layers of depth and warmth.

THE LEDGER sets a new standard for luxury office design in Israel, seamlessly integrating refined aesthetics with maximum comfort. The design language achieves a perfect balance between innovation and tradition, between formality and a welcoming atmosphere, resulting in a workspace that evokes the elegance of a five-star business hotel. Attention to detail—from custom-designed carpets to the ergonomic planning of each space—ensures a productive, distinctive, and inviting work environment.

Ultimately, THE LEDGER is more than just an office; it is a holistic experience of architectural excellence, design innovation, and meticulous planning, redefining the perception of high-end office spaces in the Israeli business world.
