The new office of NAB Vietnam in Hanoi is where heritage meets modernity: a vibrant, inspiring workplace envisioned by ADP Workplace, drawing from the spirit of the Thăng Long – Hanoi Millennium Festival. It symbolizes the bridge between past and future, turning each workday into an experience of pride.
The NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam (NAB Vietnam) has officially inaugurated its new office in Hanoi, marking nearly six years of growth in Vietnam. Located at Capital Place, Lieu Giai, the workplace has been recognized as “one of the most beautiful offices across NAB’s global network.” This is not only thanks to its international standards, but also to the unique cultural imprint of Vietnam’s capital city.
Inspired by the Millennium Anniversary of Thăng Long – Hanoi, ADP Workplace developed the design concept “Rising Dragon.” This is more than an aesthetic approach—it is spatial storytelling where past and present intertwine, where thousand-year-old heritage meets the youthful, innovative spirit of a modern tech hub. The imagery of the Rising Dragon is reflected through spatial rhythm, colors, and architectural details, infusing the two-floor office with energy, movement, and creativity.
ADP Workplace has created a true “second home” for NAB’s team where work and life naturally find balance.

The centerpiece of the design is the “Thăng Long – Rising Dragon” art wall, crafted from 100,000 ceramic pieces by Vietnamese artisans. More than a decorative element, it brings the festive spirit and cultural essence of Hanoi into an internationally standardized workplace.
