  • Morning worked for property developer Nexity on the overall interior design of its new ‘Reiwa’ headquarters, including visual identity, layout design and signage. The 12,000 m² building now houses 850 employees across seven floors and is designed to feel like a shared home.

The new headquarters promotes open spaces, with 80 collaborative workstations. The ‘Coeur’ space (‘Heart’), located on the 4th and 5th floors, is a good example of this: the executive offices are located alongside a ‘social hub’ that is ideal for nomadic co-working or informal meetings, relaxation areas, meeting rooms and a café-bar.

Morning’s design&build team built the auditorium, the centrepiece of the building, with a capacity of 130 seats.

Morning’s cabinetmakers created custom-made furniture in their workshop on the outskirts of Paris: reception desk, services counter, small brasserie counter, coffee counter, benches, bookcase and alcoves in the ‘Cœur’ area and in the company restaurant.

Morning’s designers created a custom-made meeting table that can seat 20 people, with integrated multimedia.

70% of the furniture was reused from the previous headquarters, including: 95% of office chairs and storage cabinets; 20% of desks; and 95% of audiovisual equipment. The rest of the furniture was sourced by Morning’s interior designers.
