Setting the Stage for Energy’s Future
AG&P’s new workplace reflects the forward motion of a company that never stops evolving. Its design transforms that vision into an experience of space, material, and light. Every line, surface, and transition speaks with intent, inviting people to think, collaborate, and create in an environment built for movement and meaning.
Flow, Light, and Connection
Guided by its setting of water and greenery, the design celebrates openness and natural light. Interiors are arranged to allow seamless flow between work zones and areas for reflection. Light becomes a unifying element, softening transitions and enhancing the connection between people and place.
The Arrival
The reception area is designed to make a lasting impression. With refined finishes, contemporary furniture, and ambient lighting, it offers visitors a warm yet professional welcome. Deep wine-red tones in the boardroom and lounge spaces add richness and confidence without overwhelming the space. The journey from the entrance to the inner offices is designed to feel effortless, with visual cues woven into ceiling and floor elements.
The Working Landscape
The main workspace is designed for both interaction and focus. Open layouts encourage connection, while acoustic detailing and ergonomic furnishings ensure comfort and concentration. Every surface was selected for texture and tone, creating a balanced environment that feels refined and functional.
Spaces to Breathe
The café and Zen Corner provide moments of restoration within the workday. These spaces are filled with sunlight and framed by views of the landscape outside. They serve as places for pause, reflection, and informal conversation, adding humanity and depth to the office experience.
