Ultraconfidentiel has crafted a 15,000 sq. ft. workplace for Gyan Dairy in Lucknow, conceived as a spatial reflection of the brand’s ethos. Ultraconfidentiel is proud to unveil Gyan Dairy’s new office in Lucknow, a milestone that marks the brand’s growing presence across India.
The design draws inspiration from Gyan’s diverse product portfolio, translating its richness, freshness, and authenticity into a workplace that embodies the very essence of the brand.
More than an office, it is a statement of Gyan’s pioneering spirit and forward-looking vision.
Concept & Inspiration
At the core of the design narrative lies Gyan Dairy’s primary product-milk. Its purity, fluidity, and journey from farm to consumer form the guiding framework for the spatial experience. Curved walls and organic geometries echo movement and continuity, while pristine white surfaces symbolize hygiene and purity. Complementing these are light grey micro concrete floors and stainless-steel laminates that speak to the industrial precision of dairy production. Together, these materials balance warmth, texture, and rigor, seamlessly merging product identity with architectural expression.
Spatial Organization
The office is structured around a central cluster of executive cabins, surrounded by flowing arrangements of workstations.
This layout designed with a people-centric approach fosters collaboration and openness. A diverse spectrum of work seatings, from informal lounges and brainstorming alcoves to agile high desks, offers employees the freedom to align their environment with task and mood. The cafeteria becomes a defining highlight: circular in form, bathed in natural light, and visually connected to the cityscape.
More than a dining zone, it acts as a vibrant social hub, extending the ethos of community and collaboration across the workday.
