Access Capital Partners Offices – Paris
Morning designed the Access Capital Partners offices in Paris to foster collaboration through inviting communal spaces and elegant materials, creating a functional environment that blends comfort with contemporary aesthetics.
Morning advised the independent private assets manager Access Capital Partners on the design and layout of its offices, with particular attention paid to the quality of meeting spaces, the creation of a functional and pleasant working environment, and the careful choice of materials and furnishings.
Spread over a 1,500 m² site, the offices are organized into two separate wings: one dedicated to management, the other to investment teams and support functions. One of the main challenges of this project was to encourage interaction and cohesion between the different teams. To fulfill this challenge, generous and convivial common areas were designed to facilitate day-to-day discussions. In particular, the kitchen is a central place where employees can meet informally, encouraging more fluid and natural communication.
Particular attention was paid to the overall ambience of the space. The choice of materials and furniture focused on elegant elements, helping to create a working environment that combines comfort, aesthetics and functionality. Access Capital Partners offices now reflect a warm, open and contemporary atmosphere.
