Abel Design Group transformed the Reynolds Frizzell offices in Houston into a cohesive, full-floor workplace, blending sophistication and warmth to support collaboration and the firm’s continued growth.
For Reynolds Frizzell, a distinguished Houston law firm, our team reimagined and expanded a partial-floor suite into a cohesive, full-floor workplace that reflects the firm’s growth, identity, and continued success. The goal was to create a space that feels elevated yet welcoming—an environment that supports the way the firm works today while anticipating how it will evolve in the future. The design emphasizes clarity, warmth, and cohesion, balancing focused work with an intuitive flow that encourages collaboration and connection across the office.
A refined palette of walnut millwork, natural stone surfaces, and custom metal mesh partitions introduces warmth and tactility, while light, neutral tones and layered textures bring a sense of balance, spaciousness, and polish. These materials were carefully selected to create a timeless atmosphere that pairs sophistication with durability.
Custom architectural details—including wood portals, integrated shelving, geometric millwork, and recycled leather wall paneling—add depth and craftsmanship, elevating everyday touchpoints throughout the suite. Thoughtful lighting strategies and strategic space planning reinforce the firm’s brand and ensure every area feels purposeful, functional, and comfortable.
