Primient Offices – Lodz
Colliers Define’s Primient Offices in Łódź, Poland, harmoniously blends biophilic design with the essence of cornfields, creating an interactive, vibrant workspace that fosters collaboration and reflects the brand’s identity.
Our project entails the development of a 600-square-meter office space for Primient, a premier food enterprise located in Łódź, Poland. Given the company’s expertise in corn processing, the office design draws inspiration from cornfields, featuring undulating patterns and a lively color scheme that mirrors the various growth phases of corn.
The office layout is designed to foster interaction, highlighted by a dynamic communal area with tiered seating that promotes teamwork. The presence of lush plant life throughout the office not only augments the organic ambiance but also contributes to a rejuvenating work environment. Guests are greeted by an inviting reception area, tastefully adorned with greenery, while the kitchen area echoes the biofilic inspiration through its sinuous contours forms and colour palette.
The office accommodates a variety of meeting spaces, from secluded booths for private discussions to conference rooms for larger gatherings, catering to diverse meeting requirements. The open-plan workspace is intentionally minimalist, interspersed with greenery to create a serene and conducive setting for productivity.
In conceptualizing this new office, our designers have seamlessly integrated aspects of the company’s refreshed brand identity with natural elements that resonate with the brand’s core values. The result is a place where employees can build relationships and strengthen their bond with the company and their colleagues.
