Ampersand Associates designed the QCP offices in Singapore to foster collaboration and flexibility, blending vibrant communal spaces with serene zones to support the finance firm’s growth and dynamic work culture.
Vibrant, Flexible Spaces
Stepping into the QCP office, visitors are immediately met with energy and movement. As a rapidly expanding finance firm, QCP had outgrown its previous workspace, prompting the need for an office that could support both current demands and future growth. Open communal areas now feature soft seating, round tables, and ottomans, creating zones where teams can relax, collaborate, or work informally. Sunlight pours through large windows, illuminating the space and highlighting the warm glow of pendant lights and thoughtfully placed greenery. The layout encourages flexibility, balancing collaborative energy with quieter areas for focused work, all within a space designed to evolve alongside the team.
Textures, Details, and Artistic Touches
Every corner reflects a considered approach to comfort and professionalism. Curved sofas invite conversation while geometric art installations and carefully chosen accents add depth and character. Subtle pops of color in cushions and furniture bring warmth to the interiors without distracting from the work at hand. Acoustic treatments and soft furnishings help shape a calm, focused environment, allowing productivity and creativity to coexist. The layered use of light, texture, and materials creates a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
A Welcoming and Collaborative Hub
The reception and main collaborative areas are anchored by a dark accent wall featuring the QCP logo, setting a confident and professional tone. High tables, lounge seating, and patterned rugs establish a space that feels both polished and approachable. Layers of lighting and integrated greenery soften the overall look, reinforcing a sense of balance and ease. Every design decision, from furniture selection to color palette, supports a workplace built for growth. More than an office, this is a forward-looking environment where collaboration, culture, and ambition can continue to thrive.
