  • Location Manila, Philippines,

  • The recent expansion of the P&G Manila 23F Office at Six Neo offered an opportunity to transform the space into a vibrant, collaborative workplace. Inspired by the Philippines’ 7,100-island archipelago, Orbit developed a design narrative rooted in movement, connection, and local culture.

Layered elements, organic shapes, and flowing lines reflect the natural landscape, while local materials—such as rattan, wood-wool, and PET acoustic panels—bring warmth and cultural texture. A neutral base palette is enlivened by bold colors drawn from Philippine festivals, with lush greenery evoking scattered islands. Nautical-inspired graphics, neon signs, and colorful huddle rooms further energize the space.

The office features open collaboration zones and vibrant breakout areas on either end of the floorplate, including a Work Café with lounge seating and flexible work settings. Pop-up power outlets and movable fabric screens support agility and adaptability.

Blending functionality, flexibility, and comfort, the redesigned space supports focused work, teamwork, and well-being—empowering people to work, connect, and thrive.
