Cadence Design Systems Offices – San Jose
RMW’s Cadence Design Systems offices in San Jose transform outdated spaces into an inviting, collaborative environment featuring a double-height lobby that enhances interaction and reflects the company’s innovative culture.
Cadence Building 6 continues the company’s campus-wide transformation with a complete refresh of a two-story workplace. Once defined by outdated partitions and low ceilings, the building now supports a more open, collaborative, and light-filled environment. At the heart of the design is a welcoming double-height lobby, connected to break and collaboration areas that foster spontaneous interaction.
Engineering groups occupy the majority of the space, and the new layouts balance heads-down work with areas for teamwork and problem-solving. Wooden baffles, integrated millwork, and coordinated ceiling systems maximize height while concealing mechanical complexity. With finishes aligned to the broader campus standards, Building 6 delivers a fresh, modern, and efficient workplace that reflects Cadence’s evolving culture and sets a new baseline for the employee experience.
