VSW AG & Co. Offices – Wiesbaden
Pro m² designed the office for VSW AG & Co. in Wiesbaden to reimagine the modern workspace with a multifunctional café that blends comfort and collaboration, inspiring a vibrant community within the office environment.
Designed by interior designer Nazanin Malek, this new project by pro m² GmbH presents a fresh approach to modern workspaces. VSW’s relocation was used as a chance to create a new kind of workplace—focused on employees, inspiring and welcoming, and different from a traditional office.
At the heart of the design lies a multifunctional work café that blends gastronomy, hospitality and modern office culture. The result is a space that encourages people to return to the office and stay to connect and collaborate.
While enclosed offices support focused work, they contrast with an open area designed for interaction, concentration and experiences. This versatile space hosts internal meetings, welcomes clients, and stages events, while also serving as a daily hub for informal conversations and creative inspiration. A particular highlight is the barista bar, whose high-quality offerings transform the work café into the company’s social centre.
The material and furniture concept draws inspiration from residential and hospitality design to add comfort and elegance. Soft textiles, warm tones and organic shapes create an atmosphere that is both cosy and contemporary, enhancing functionality and emotional well-being.
