  • Asos Office, Vadi İstanbul is a 720 m² office project completed in 2024, designed to accommodate diverse working modes within a cohesive and flexible spatial framework. The project aims to reinterpret the contemporary office by integrating different disciplines and functional needs into a unified architectural language.

The layout combines open-plan workspaces with private offices for senior management, alongside multi-purpose meeting rooms, huddle rooms, and phone booths, offering a programmatically layered working environment. To address noise and concentration challenges inherent in open offices, huddle rooms and phone booths are strategically placed to enhance acoustic performance and support focused work. Executive offices are located in a more secluded zone, separated from the main circulation, ensuring a controlled and private working atmosphere.

Social and shared spaces are positioned at the core of the plan, forming a central spine that encourages interaction, informal meetings, and spontaneous collaboration. Rather than functioning solely as break areas, these spaces are conceived as flexible social hubs, enabling a fluid transition between individual tasks and collective production.

Guided by a biophilic design approach, greenery and plant elements are distributed throughout the office to improve well-being, spatial comfort, and productivity. The integration of natural elements contributes to a calmer working environment while enhancing the overall quality of the interior space.

The material and color palette reflects the company’s corporate identity and is balanced with natural wood surfaces, matte finishes, and industrial details. Linear lighting elements define circulation routes and reinforce spatial continuity, while graphic wall applications and corporate messaging are integrated as architectural components that strengthen the project’s identity.

Asos Office, Vadi İstanbul proposes a contemporary workplace model that moves beyond conventional office typologies, prioritizing flexibility, acoustic comfort, and social interaction, and aligning spatial experience with the company’s corporate culture.
