  • The client’s brief for Vaillant’s Katowice office emphasized creating a modern, innovative workspace that fosters collaboration and productivity. The design aimed to reflect the company’s character and accommodate the needs of different employee groups, supporting hybrid work. The client sought to establish the office as a technology hub, attracting top talents from the IT sector.

    The design team selected modern-looking and durable materials, like glass, metal, wood, and concrete. Each choice prioritized quality and efficiency, ensuring not only a sleek esthetic but also functionality and longevity. Every decision was made with the goal of creating a workspace that meets the functional needs of the client while inspiring and invigorating its users. What is more, to enhance comfort and relaxation, lounge furniture was incorporated, along with modern lighting to support productive work. The decor included a world map, which is a reminder of Vaillant’s global presence, a mural with motifs referring to characteristic elements of Katowice.

    The layout of the office was planned to accommodate the diverse working styles of the employees. It facilitates productive work and focuses on the well-being of employees through the presence of quiet work zones and attractive social areas.
