Michelin Offices – Warsaw
In Michelin’s Warsaw offices, Colliers Define artfully blends ergonomic design and brand identity into a welcoming workspace that fosters collaboration and comfort while echoing Michelin’s unique aesthetic.
The Michelin Office in Warsaw is a space that reflects the brand’s character by incorporating forms and shapes that reference its identity. At the same time, it is a user-friendly environment that introduces home-like features to break up the office décor.
Architects approached the project with a clear priority: people. The open-plan layout, triangular desks allow for optimal workstation arrangement, providing ample space and freedom of movement. In addition, each workstation is equipped with individual lighting, allowing employees to shape their own micro-environment, creating a cozy atmosphere that breaks the typical office character of the interior.
The office also provides solutions for integration and relaxation. Swings suspended in the open area offer a playful escape from the screen, encouraging a moment of unwinding during breaks. Nearby, an extended coworking area, connected to the kitchen, creates a place for social interaction and cooperation, which fosters relationships among employees.
The interiors of the office have been designed in soft, organic shapes, alluding to the distinctive round shapes of tires that are the foundation of the Michelin brand. These motifs can be seen in the reception area, in furniture with soft lines, and in the ceiling and acoustic panels in the conference rooms, which resemble tire tracks.
The brand’s visual language is integrated into the office environment. Navy blue accents – Michelin’s signature colour – appear in furniture, wall finishes, and lighting elements. Carefully placed graphics showcase the company’s logo and the iconic Bibendum mascot, reinforcing brand recognition.
The Michelin Office is more than just a place to work – it is a space that embodies innovation, comfort, and brand authenticity. By combining ergonomic design, collaborative zones, and a strong visual identity. Architects created an environment that supports employee satisfaction and reflects Michelin’s values.
