Met Park Spec Suites – Seattle
Kestrel Design Group’s Met Park Spec Suites in Seattle masterfully blend playfulness with professionalism, featuring custom elements that foster flexible, inviting workplace environments for returning tenants.
Kestrel Design Group partnered with Beacon Capital Partners to reimagine another floor of the Met Park campus in Seattle, continuing the effort to create flexible, inviting spaces that support tenants returning to the office. Each spec suite was designed to balance playfulness and professionalism, using texture, pattern, and custom elements to create distinct yet cohesive environments across the floor.
Design highlights include custom woven wood screens, a bespoke wallcovering, and sculptural wood disc lights above the banquettes. Each suite features a unique backsplash pattern, adding character and individuality to every space.
A key feature of the floor is a custom woven wood and felt acoustic wall — crafted from wood dowels set within a wood frame, with fabric panels woven between. This design provides warmth, visual texture, and a soft level of acoustic privacy while allowing natural light to pass through, offering an inviting alternative to a full-height partition.
The result is a collection of suites that feel creative, comfortable, and ready for the next generation of workplace tenants.
