In 2024, CREATE+CO redesigned the Tampa office of Bryant Miller Olive to reflect the firm’s reputation for clarity, precision, and modern professional service. The updated space brings together comfort, warmth, and sophistication, creating an environment that supports client trust while giving the team a refined and functional place to work.
The design centers on creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff. A soft, neutral palette and sculptural seating define the reception lounge, offering a calm space for conversation before entering the main conference areas. Wood ceiling details and curated textures introduce warmth and depth without overwhelming the clean architectural lines.
The conference suites showcase a balance of professionalism and comfort. Layered lighting, acoustical elements, and tailored furnishings create a setting that supports focused discussions and presentations. Natural light and wide city views emphasize openness and reinforce a sense of transparency and confidence in the space.
The café and staff lounge provide a completely different experience, designed as a relaxing retreat within the office. Custom banquette seating, café tables, and a large island create options for team breaks, casual meetings, or quiet work. Warm woods, leather accents, and matte black lighting add personality and hospitality-inspired character.
