CPI Property Group Offices – Bucharest
Prographic Architecture Studio designed the CPI Property Group offices in Bucharest to harmoniously blend warmth and elegance with industrial elements, reflecting the company’s brand values in a dynamic and functional workspace.
The CPI Property Group office was designed to reflect the company’s brand values while creating a representative and functional workspace for its users. The interior concept combines warmth and elegance with subtle industrial touches, balancing materials, textures, and finishes to create a dynamic and inspiring environment.
Warm textures, golden accents, and wooden cladding define the visual character of the office, contrasting with cooler exposed concrete surfaces, grey tones, and selective black metal details. Colorful decorative elements punctuate specific areas, adding visual interest and movement throughout the space.
The reception area serves as a central brand statement. The reception desk is designed to symbolize transformation, evolution, and refinement, reflecting the company’s identity. Meeting rooms are customized with engraved cork panels featuring city maps, providing both functional and aesthetic value by allowing users to mark points of interest. Circulation zones are treated as flexible spaces for collaboration and informal meetings through careful furniture placement, encouraging interaction and adaptability.
The resulting interior balances representation, functionality, and experience, creating a workspace that is both elegant and dynamic, reflecting CPI Property Group’s identity and supporting its everyday operations.
