  • Location Sydney, Australia,

  • Relocating to a new, vibrant precinct in Surry Hills, the workspaces was reimagined to support both the agents highly mobile work style and the operational needs of the head office team. The design responds to the evolving nature of contemporary work, creating a flexible and adaptable environment that supports movement, collaboration and connection throughout the day.

The brand is embedded in the space and user experience, expressed through bold and monolithic designs, and a cohesive, minimal palette that created impact while remaining refined allowing architectures elements to become focal points within the space. This can be seen in the architectural branded ‘A’ within the boardroom, the dynamic formed stainless steel kitchen inset, and the timber clad built form.

The flexible boardroom opens to the kitchen, enabling the space to transform into a large event and team zone for gatherings, presentations and brand activations. The reception is designed to operate as both a welcoming arrival experience and a functional work lounge supporting casual meeting and informal collaboration.

The workspace provides a range of settings and support areas to accommodate different work styles – whether desk based or dropping in between listing appointments. The Agency now has a dynamic, brand-led environment that supports productivity, flexibility and connection.
