Netbeheer Nederland Offices – The Hague
The Netbeheer Nederland offices in The Hague masterfully blends functionality and identity, featuring flexible workspaces that reflect the essence of the energy sector through thoughtful architectural details.
Netbeheer Nederland has a brand-new office — and it’s one to be proud of.
The industry association is located in New Babylon in The Hague and now features an interior that offers the team a wide variety of work settings. Touch down briefly, focus individually, brainstorm together or hold a meeting — a suitable place has been created for every activity.
The interior subtly and creatively reflects the work of Netbeheer Nederland. Throughout the office, you’ll find playful references to electricity and gas — thoughtful details that strengthen the organisation’s identity.
The design and project management were led by Parella, who brought us on board to supply the furniture. Together with interior architect Marieke Stigter, we collaborated during a creative session to select the right furniture and project fabrics. The result is an interior that is not only visually appealing, but also highly functional.
To ensure flexibility, a meeting room was created adjacent to the work café. Thanks to a fully retractable wall, the two spaces can easily be combined. Folding tables further enhance the room’s multifunctional use.
For the ergonomic workstations, we selected the RE_Desk — the sit-stand desk from our sustainable label, The Green Lab. In addition, we took care of the complete electrification and cable management for all workstations and meeting tables. Everything is neatly integrated and custom-fitted, resulting in a clean and professional look.
The acoustic partition walls are also part of The Green Lab collection and are upholstered in the sustainable Facet fabric. The RE_Seat Basecamp benches from the same line work perfectly as informal workspaces, allowing users to work comfortably while charging laptops or phones thanks to the integrated power solutions.
