  • Following TMEIC’s relocation of its headquarters from Roanoke, Virginia to Houston, Texas, the project transformed an existing floor plate into a cohesive, future-focused workplace that supports the company’s operations, culture, and continued growth. The renovation brings together architecture, environmental graphics, and furnishings to create a clear, functional environment that supports both focused work and collaboration.

    The workplace includes a range of spaces that serve different needs across the organization, from efficient office areas to collaborative zones and informal gathering spaces. Brand expression is integrated in a refined and intentional way, reinforcing TMEIC’s identity while maintaining a professional and contemporary atmosphere.
