Elastic Offices – Barcelona
AREAZERO 2.0’s Elastic offices in Barcelona masterfully integrates Mediterranean identity with flexible workspaces, fostering creativity and collaboration within a vibrant, acoustically designed environment that enhances employee well-being.
Elastic has once again entrusted Areazero 2.0 with the development of the executive project, the definition of materials and the execution of the work in this second phase of the project, following the conceptual line established by the British studio Resilient Spaces. This new commission consolidates a collaborative relationship based on design continuity and spatial quality, maintaining a Mediterranean identity and a distinctive corporate character.
Internationally renowned search and data analytics solutions company Elastic has completed the second phase of its offices in Barcelona’s iconic Entegra building, positioned in the heart of the city. This complex, recognised for its contemporary architecture and strategic location, accommodates the expansion of one of the firm’s most dynamic teams. By continuing to operate at Entegra, an important hub in the city’s technology district, Elastic is strengthening its presence in Europe and consolidating its standing in one of the city’s most active innovation ecosystems.
The Entegra building continues to reflect Elastic’s commitment to innovation, design and employee well-being, offering a flexible and collaborative working environment that enhances creativity and productivity in a state-of-the-art space.
The project incorporates a large multipurpose room, with carefully designed acoustics, which connects directly to the kitchen area, creating a versatile space intended for meetings, presentations and group gatherings, as well as more informal use.
Acoustic comfort has been enhanced through the incorporation of sound-absorbing panels that, in addition to improving the user experience, add warmth and personality to the overall ambience. Inspired by the city of Barcelona, the colour palette combines terracotta, blue and aquamarine tones, reflecting the visual richness and Mediterranean character of the Catalan capital.
