The Switzer Group’s Ramirez & Company offices in New York City masterfully blends hospitality and modern finance, showcasing organic materials and inviting spaces that foster collaboration within a refined environment.
Housed within a modern 9 floor office building on 52nd Street between 5th and Madison, the new home for the Ramirez organization blends understated elegance of hospitality design and functionality of a modern financial workplace.
Original architectural details are preserved and paired with natural materials, warm lighting, and soft textures to create a welcoming and fresh atmosphere.
Inspired by nature, a nod to the company’s symbol, the interiors feature organic stone, wood, and greenery. Lounge-like spaces and a café-style client area replace traditional corporate spaces, offering a refined environment for client events and employee’s daily use.
The new Ramirez Headquarters offers Trading, Banking and Asset Management staff trading floors with state of the art trading configurations, combined with the highest level of technology infrastructure and custom lighting to create the optimal work environment. Private offices, conference rooms and focus spaces on each floor make for a efficient mix of collaboration and presentation areas for all teams.
