Resimac Offices – Sydney
Wool and Hay’s Resimac offices in Sydney harmoniously blend vibrant communal spaces and flexible work areas, fostering collaboration through natural light and a warm material palette for an inviting atmosphere.
Designed to foster collaboration and connectivity, the space features a welcoming entry and reception area, complemented by versatile front-of-house meeting spaces. Spanning two levels, the workspace was to be open, inviting and seamlessly integrated with natural light.
A warm and natural material palette was developed, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The reception area was designed to be bright and inviting, strategically positioned to maximise natural light and surrounding views.
A key feature of the design is the hospitality-inspired breakout area, seamlessly connected by a central staircase to the front of house and client spaces above. This created a dynamic social hub, bringing together workplace and communal spaces for gathering and collaboration.
The workplace itself was crafted for flexibility, incorporating a blend of desk settings, phone rooms, and meeting spaces of various sizes. Maximising natural light and incorporating rich textures and colours to the design, ensuring a balanced and engaging environment that feels like home.
