Publicis Groupe Offices – Paris
PARELLA’s design for the Publicis Groupe offices in Paris revitalizes the iconic Mondo building, creating an inspiring and collaborative environment that enhances employee experience and champions sustainable design.
Publicis Groupe selected Parella to support a large-scale transformation project: bringing together all of its teams within Mondo, an iconic building owned by Gecina and ideally located between Place Pereire and Parc Monceau in Paris.
This project stands out for both the exceptional quality of the site and the rarity of the operation. Mondo offers outstanding accessibility, a vibrant mixed-use business environment, and a high quality of life. In a Parisian market where opportunities of this scale are scarce, the consolidation of two headquarters into a single location represents a unique achievement.
Delivered within a compressed timeline thanks to agile governance, the project introduces a hybrid and inspiring program integrating collaborative workspaces, an auditorium, a business center, a food court, landscaped terraces, and a rooftop. The overall ambition was to combine economic performance, cultural transformation, reinvention of the employee experience, and environmental exemplarity.
Parella supported Publicis Groupe at every stage of this strategic project. Our teams were involved from the definition of the real estate strategy and site search to the negotiation and securing of the lease with Gecina. We also designed and delivered the interior fit-out works in close collaboration with Publicis’ internal teams, ensuring alignment with both operational and cultural objectives.
The interior concept reflects a desire for understated elegance and cohesion. Spaces were conceived to embody the identity of Publicis Groupe while enabling each entity to appropriate the environment as its own. The architectural signature is warm and refined, combining brown and beige tones with subtle touches of blue and red. Durable materials were carefully selected and highlighted throughout the project, reinforcing the commitment to responsible design and long-term value.
The workplace experience is structured around two key levels. On the ground floor, a welcoming and dynamic environment features a café, an agora, and a variety of meeting and interaction spaces designed to encourage exchange and foster community. This level acts as a social and cultural hub within the building. On the seventh floor, flooded with natural light, shared meeting rooms, a work café, and a landscaped terrace overlooking Paris create an inspiring setting for collaboration and informal gatherings. These two anchor levels frame the overall experience and reinforce the building’s role as a destination rather than simply an office.
Designed with flexibility and hybrid usage in mind, the new headquarters incorporates a flex office model supported by a dedicated digital application, connected lockers, concierge services, and integrated amenities. This ecosystem enables fluidity of use while responding to evolving work patterns. More than a workplace, Mondo has become a catalyst for transformation and a powerful lever for attracting and retaining talent within Publicis Groupe.
Through this project, Publicis Groupe has established a headquarters that embodies its ambitions: a high-performing, sustainable, and inspiring environment that supports both collective performance and individual experience.
