HRNetRimbun Offices – Jakarta
Arkadia Works’ HRNetRimbun offices in Jakarta embody Zen-inspired design principles, creating a serene and balanced workplace that promotes employee well-being and reflects the company’s human-centric values in recruitment.
The workplace designed for HRnetRimbun Indonesia reflects the company’s evolving role in recruitment and human capital management through an environment aligned with its values and identity. The interior concept draws inspiration from Japanese Zen philosophy, emphasizing simplicity, balance, and tranquility as essential principles for modern work-life dynamics.
This narrative is further enriched by the connection between Zen and Wabi-sabi, an aesthetic perspective that appreciates beauty in imperfection, transience, and natural processes. Translated into the workplace, the philosophy shapes a calm, harmonious, and sustainable atmosphere through the use of natural materials, balanced spatial compositions, and details that are understated yet meaningful.
The design approach highlights shared values across Asian cultures while fostering a setting that feels serene, reflective, and conducive to everyday productivity. The result is a workspace that supports employee well-being, encourages focus, and creates a gentle sense of equilibrium throughout the office.
