  • The office of Tyger Capital, formerly known as Adani Capital, designed and built by JTCPL Designs, exemplifies modern office architecture with a global touch. Situated on the 19th floor of the iconic Rupa Renaissance building in Navi Mumbai, this 55,000 square foot space boasts a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.

The premises enjoy an enviable location with scenic mountain views to the east and stunning city and sea vistas to the west. Visitors are greeted in a sophisticated main reception area, adjacent to the lift lobby, which includes a couple of meeting rooms to facilitate interactions without breaching access-controlled zones. The executive suite, featuring a board meeting room, a crush lounge, and additional meeting rooms, is strategically positioned close to the reception for convenience.

Centrally located is a versatile cafeteria, designed not only as a dining area but also as a flexible space for recreation, training, or events. This café, with its panoramic views, is an ideal spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the city and sea.

The workspace is predominantly oriented towards the mountain side, with careful planning to keep enclosures away from the façade, ensuring a pleasant working environment. Additionally, the office includes a wellness area and essential functional rooms such as the server room and UPS room. A multipurpose training room and quiet rooms are thoughtfully dispersed across the floor for easy access.

Reflecting the house colours of Tyger Capital, the design incorporates hues of blues and greens, adding character and easing navigation within the predominantly neutral grey scheme. Motivational quotes from great personalities adorn the columns, fostering a sense of belonging among team members. The use of natural plants breathes life into the space, while generous glass elements in the cabins and meeting rooms promote transparency.

Acoustics have been meticulously addressed, with false ceilings in enclosed areas and exposed ceilings in open office spaces, showcasing air conditioning ducts, fire sprinkler lines, and cable trays.

Remarkably, the project was completed in just 75 days, a testament to the meticulous planning and project management by JTCPL Designs. This accomplishment, achieved with exceptional support from the building management and Rupa Realty, has left the client and end-users delighted.
