  • The Hub design embodies the concept of “The House of Dreams.” Envisioned as a home away from home for employees, the design prioritizes comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Corporate vibes are replaced by thoughtfully selected furniture that fosters a sense of familiarity and warmth, reflecting the spirit of an Indian home. This design celebrates the local culture while creating a space where employees feel valued and relaxed.

Accessorized like a home, every element- from locally sourced furniture to art installation by a local transgender community- is carefully picked with care and purpose. Artistic interventions highlight diversity, equity and inclusion.

A space shaped not by trends, but by memory, and stories that endure. This project was born with the warmth and spirit of family at its heart. A place where life and emotions flow together. We did not simply design a workplace, we built belonging.

Discover the unexpected. Feel the exuberance and the way passion for life shapes the dreams in India. Discover how fantasies come in color and love weaves itself into everything.

As Hyderabad emerges as a tech hub, Sanofi’s office provides a holistic, ecosystem driven workspace. An iconic work cafe sits at its heart, fostering connection & collaboration among employees. Nursing rooms, yoga, cinema and game room, adding the client vision through thoughtful design.

Apart from serving as an integrated ecosystem, the office ingrains inclusivity & community as integral aspects of daily life, breaking down barriers & empowering individuals to bring their authentic selves to work. Artistic interventions highlight diversity, equity, and inclusion through art.
The project prioritized sourcing local furniture, which significantly reduced transport related carbon footprint and subsequently supported Indian craft. By incorporating energy-efficient systems, maximizing natural light, and utilizing recycled materials in art elements, and wall finishes, the space creates a healthy and sustainable work environment. Additionally, the workplace has onsite electric charging stations for its employees.

The RMZ spire building that houses Sanofi Hub is LEED gold certified, the Sanofi project is LEED platinum certified and WELL certified. The use of low emitting materials helped achieve LEED platinum.

The project aimed to be economically sustainable by balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality design. A mix of handcrafted furniture made with locally-sourced materials alongside modern ergonomic furniture. Art installation by a local transgender community- carefully picked with care and purpose. Artistic interventions highlight diversity, equity and inclusion through art. The whole project was created with the scope of providing mental wellness to visitors with the premise of being home.
